Your Shagging Zone is the most neglected area in your body but the most important. It is consists of your entire spine all the way to your coccyx where your spine or tail bone ends. Your lower back, your gluteus muscle, your hips, your stomach muscle all the way down to your pubic bone where your shagging muscle began all parts of your Shagging Zone. This very neglected area is the life force or the energy center. If you take proper care of your Shagging Zone, you will have unlimited amount of stamina, energy, sex drive, control of your Shagging muscle, and you should also be free of lower back problems.

As a professional Massage Therapist, and an advanced yoga practitioner, I have been exposed to a variety of healthy and ailing bodies over the last 10 years. It does not matter how strong or weak a body is; if you do not focus on your lower body, you will be weak in those areas.

What most of us do is we cut off our spine at our lower back and cut off our stomach at or around our belly button. That means the lower back and the stomach area get very little exercise and become weaker as we pay less and less attention to those areas. The weakness causes lower backache, low sex drive, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and lack of energy. It does not matter if you exercise everyday and you are in the best shape of your life but the fact that you disconnect your lower abdomen and lower back from your upper stronger body will cause you some serious back pain especially if you are seating in a chair all day long.
Those who live a sedentary lifestyle, who are over-weight, out of shape, or just plain lazy, I am offering you sex first. And once you realize that you can’t keep up with the young 18-25 years old girls who are rocking your world during your sexual encounter, you will be motivated to get your Shagging Zone in shape. Sex is an excellent way to stay in shape but since we live in America and do not get laid every day, it is good idea to do some exercises to increase your vitality and sex drive.
